I’m giving you one star, but if I could give you zero stars I would. This poor review I’m sharing with you is because of the complete lack of customer service and the very poor workmanship of the repair that I wanted done. This is in addition to the lack of respect from everyone involved with this transaction. I left my 2004 GMC truck overnight to have two repairs completed. The first item was a section from the vent duct under the dash fell off and became trapped behind the brake pedal. This part that fell off was a result of poor workmanship of a $6k repair I had done last year but was not repaired correctly. The second item was to reattach the edge of the headliner fabric that was falling down on the passenger side. This item was not fixed at all, and I was the one to discover that your shop failed to fix it. In addition, when I called to check to see if my truck was ready for pick up, I was not informed that this item was not fixed. I was told that my truck was ready for pick up. When I went to leave your shop, I discovered the headliner was in worse condition than when I brought it in. I had to track down all the people involved to hear a lame excuse as to why it was not repaired and when I told them I was unhappy with the work and that I didn’t appreciate the fact that I had to discover this incomplete repair your staff just looked at me like I was crazy. This very poor example of customer service is what has me looking for a new auto shop for future repairs because I can no longer trust that work will be completed safely and that you can’t be honest with me.

I believe service center should be responsible of setting up the tow for a vehicle with 14k miles on it. I was told I had to call GM and got a run around for two hours by a man that had an accent I couldn't understand.. I paid for the tow out of pocket at a tune of 170 dollars..

This was one of the smoothest car purchases I've ever made with a dealership. Everything but signing the final paperwork was done via phone or text. I live in Portland and called the dealer first thing in the morning and told them I was coming up a day early via train. When I got off the train someone from the dealership was there waiting for me. The paperwork only took 30 minutes, there was no high pressure to sign up for extra warranties, they were explained clearly and no haggling.

They were ready for me when I arrived and got right to work. So often I've had to sit for hours while a dealership got around to my car even though I had an appointment. My car went in for service and it came out working more poorly than when it went in. When brought up to the service department they said it wasn't their problem unless I wanted to pay $1000 more even though I was already charged $456 more than I agreed to when scheduling the service. A full vehicle inspection was done but they shared 0 information besides the two back tires having a low tread which I don't think constitutes a $1,756 bill. Everything else I was told "tech looked at it so it must be fine". Come to find out all of your reviews on your service department are poor reviews so clearly your service department has ongoing, unaddressed issues.

When I visited Awesome's dealership and met with Jordan, the sales person, the vehicle I wanted was available at another dealership. Prior to my visit I knew what my trade in value was and in looking at the Chevrolet inventory I knew the vehicle I bought, a new 2025 Habanero orange all wheel drive RS model Blazer, was the only one left available in the entire western portion of the USA. When Awesome made me an offer the trade in value was exactly what I had been quoted and when they offered me the new Blazer for MSRP I was more than happy. The car swap was completed the same afternoon, and I completed the deal the next morning. This was a case of some things are just meant to be. I am 100% happy with the entire experience.

Great sales staff!!! Answered all questions and found exactly the vehicle we wanted. But... Vehicle was sold as new but was used as dealer concierge vehicle had 2200 miles on it. Which we knew and were okay with. But, dealer failed to clean it after last use. Had trash, sunglasses, sticky stuff on door handles in back, candy wrappers, fast food straws, dust and dirt. Aslo was offered ridiculously low trade in offer of $500, sold next day for 4,200 to carvana Wouldn't recommend this dealer to others based on the 2 big things.
