Great service

Easy appointment set up. On time service. Great communication. Friendly people.

My car went in for service and it came out working more poorly than when it went in. When brought up to the service department they said it wasn't their problem unless I wanted to pay $1000 more even though I was already charged $456 more than I agreed to when scheduling the service. A full vehicle inspection was done but they shared 0 information besides the two back tires having a low tread which I don't think constitutes a $1,756 bill. Everything else I was told "tech looked at it so it must be fine". Come to find out all of your reviews on your service department are poor reviews so clearly your service department has ongoing, unaddressed issues.

I’ve always been very satisfied with the service I received from the dealership, the service department is great.

This was one of the smoothest car purchases I've ever made with a dealership. Everything but signing the final paperwork was done via phone or text. I live in Portland and called the dealer first thing in the morning and told them I was coming up a day early via train. When I got off the train someone from the dealership was there waiting for me. The paperwork only took 30 minutes, there was no high pressure to sign up for extra warranties, they were explained clearly and no haggling.

They were ready for me when I arrived and got right to work. So often I've had to sit for hours while a dealership got around to my car even though I had an appointment. The service advisor was friendly and helpful and got sure my car's work was completed in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait around for hours for them to get around to doing the work.

Friendly in and out service

Always great service. Unexpectedly had to drop off Monday morning and had it done by Tuesday.

Inspection was done and estimate given for repairs they recommended. Considering but we believe it is high. We will get another estimate.

Oil change and customer service was good. My chief complaint was not resolved. Key fob issue still a problem. Was told why it happens but I guess I'm just supposed to live with it????? I want it resolved, not explained away.

The process for buying a new Trax was fast and easy. Rich, Brandon and Alex were amazing to work with. They listened to my concerns about experiences I’ve had in the past with a different dealership and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I am looking forward to doing more business with Awesome Chevrolet in the future.

Oil change and checkup done quickly and professionally

Great time, everyone was very helpful and answered questions well.

I asked for two services to be done. A oil chsnge and a tire rotation. The service dept did a vehicle inspection and the oil change. They noted on the inspection that the front tires were cautionary for tread. I did not realize until I got home that the tire rotation was not done.

I appreciated their promptness when replacement of the engine oil filter was missed on the maintenance visit and they popped it right in for me before I left. Saved me an extra visit!

Automated system is very poor. It suggested a bunch of things I don't want or need, but gave incorrect information about when the vehicle would be ready. The real reason I brought it in was only partially addressed. Cost seemed unreasonable.

When I visited Awesome's dealership and met with Jordan, the sales person, the vehicle I wanted was available at another dealership. Prior to my visit I knew what my trade in value was and in looking at the Chevrolet inventory I knew the vehicle I bought, a new 2025 Habanero orange all wheel drive RS model Blazer, was the only one left available in the entire western portion of the USA. When Awesome made me an offer the trade in value was exactly what I had been quoted and when they offered me the new Blazer for MSRP I was more than happy. The car swap was completed the same afternoon, and I completed the deal the next morning. This was a case of some things are just meant to be. I am 100% happy with the entire experience.

This was my first oil change , and they were very friendly and very efficient. It went quicker than I expected!

Hanna reached out with out pressure for me to do anything! Than Jessica did the leg work on the truck I was looking at ! Being it was in transit she helped me through understanding what was on the truck! Hanna an Jessica are #1 in my book

Your system sends confusing text messages. Better to talk to an actual person.

I appreciate the dealership being open on Saturday. Otherwise I would have to miss work to get the oil change done.

Great sales staff!!! Answered all questions and found exactly the vehicle we wanted. But... Vehicle was sold as new but was used as dealer concierge vehicle had 2200 miles on it. Which we knew and were okay with. But, dealer failed to clean it after last use. Had trash, sunglasses, sticky stuff on door handles in back, candy wrappers, fast food straws, dust and dirt. Aslo was offered ridiculously low trade in offer of $500, sold next day for 4,200 to carvana Wouldn't recommend this dealer to others based on the 2 big things.

Ron and Dawn are great. Simple scheduling via text coupled with a simple drop-off. Recall work was completed in a timely fashion

I scheduled oil change appointment for 9:30am and they didn’t pull my truck in until 10:30 and when it was finally done the gentleman working the service counter was extremely slow and rude

Took a bit longer than usual but everything else was fine.

We pulled up and got registered and was ready to roll. We went into the waiting room and was disappointed really. The place needs a major update and clean up. The chairs are all torn and ragged, the magazines are and honestly nothing no one would pick up for the most part. There was no small tray. Other dealership had McDonalds deliver cookies for the waiting room. Another had both hot chocolate and coffee. That makes someone want to come and have services done knowing they will be comfortable and have a lite snack.

The service department has been so unhelpful. They don’t believe me when I say something is wrong with the truck. Told me to try a couple things and now the truck is worse than it’s ever been. They refuse to get me a loaner vehicle or help me in anyway.

Terrible customer service doesn’t return phone calls I got charged for a diagnosis But they couldn’t find anything wrong. Funny thing is I go to pick up the truck it still has the issue issues I go in and get a mechanic and he sees the issue Iam not even sure they worked on my vehicle but the had no problem charging me for nothing Iam taking my vehicle to a new mechanic today don’t take your vehicle to awesome Chevrolet with my experience. They will just rob you and when you pick your vehicle up, it will still have the same problem as when you dropped it off.

Rich was great. Lots of info, easy to talk to. He gave me all the options on the equipment as well as the financing. He created the best deal for me, and it took less time than I expected. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I drove it off the lot on the same day. Excellent service from the phone calls and emails in the beginning all the way through sales and financing. The extra 50-mile drive was well worth it.

He was fast and got us done in time to make an appointment we had scheduled that evening. They were both great!

I got the impression that there was on-the-job-training with the installation of my truck bed cover. The drain lines were attempted to be routed straight down through the bed. One was hanging from the top, not through the hole drilled in the coated bed. The other went into the drilled hole, but not attached at the top. After going online and watching a video, I fixed it, routing the lines through a hole in each side, up high, a little lower than the drain port, keeping them from being taken out by anything put in the truck bed. My mistake was expecting a finished product from a dealership service department.

With Awesome Chevrolet Service Advisor Ron West Intergrity and Knowledge and The GM Technicians make it the overall best of the 6 Chevrolet dealership Service of the 4 States I drive. HOWEVER the overall Business model is seriously flawed. Their online or A.I. driven customer support is inherently DECEPTIVE, ONE CANNOT get a truthful PRICE QUOTE as I've learned something I've suspected for sometime that their customer support price quote will ONLY INCLUDE the PRICE of PARTS, Not Total Expected Price . In an age where America is anything BUT great again with overall Inflation running above 25% One must shop Pricing 1st

I did not feel pressured into anything. The staff I worked with were patient and let me decide what I wanted or didn’t want through the whole process.

The dealership is great to work with for the most part, Its the vehicle that I'm super disappointed in. I have had the vehicle going on 6 months and had to have in the shop 3 times for major repairs. transmission rebuild, motor replacement at 40,000 and now shift replacement that wasn't covered under warranty.

It’s like visiting family you continue to take such good care of me and my Obsidian my trucks name. Keep up the good work

Vehicle was serviced and inspected in accordance with our agreement. Price was also as agreed. Dawn, the Service Advisor, handled everything expertly and professionally. All verbal agreements were supported by performance.

It was overly price, compared to other previous dealership and distance for just an oil change. Not awesome at all.

We had a an amazing experience with awesome Chevy in Chehalis. Rich and Jordan made getting our new truck quick and easy. We will continue to go to them time and time again and recommend them to everyone we know!!

Terrible customer service. I came in for warranty repair using an aftermarket warranty. Instead of giving me, the customer, the choice on how to repair the vehicle, the service writer made a nice little deal with the warranty company ( at twice the cost to me) to just replace the whole engine unnecessarily. When I finally got them to agree to just fix what was wrong and got the car back 2 days later the car broke down because the technician didnt tighten two bolts down and the vvt solenoid came out spewing oil all over. I tried to speak to the service department about this and they dont even bother to call back. My daughter who's car this was is only 18 and already swears she will never buy another chevrolet again.
